The villain costume includes a nylon 1/4 mask that stays in place with an elastic band. It is red with darkened accents. The jacket slips on over the head and is made of polyester. It features red and green accents screenprinted on and has a faux leather collar, attached belt in the front, and shoulder passants. Metal decorative buttons adorn the shoulders and also run down the length of the jacket in the middle. There are two pockets on the chest.
