How to take your measurements Description: "People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people." Induce governmental panic this Halloween in our men's V for Vendetta costume! The V costume includes a black, polyester shirt that has a foam collar and Velcros at the back of the neck for closure. The pants have an elastic waistband for a secure fit and attached, leather-like boot tops which are held over your shoes with elastic. A black cape ties around the neck and a foam belt ties around the waist. The black belt has a silver buckle and grey holsters for the six included daggers. Each molded dagger measures 13" long. The black, foam hat has a circumference of 23" and the character mask is held in place with elastic.
