It consists of a polyester jumpsuit that velcros in the back for easy on and off. It has Iron Man's signature maroon and gold armor screen printed on the front and elastic lines the waist in the back for a comfortable fit. The arms and chest are full of padding for muscular definition and the chest also features a triangular light-up arc reactor. The reactor lights up by a push of a button on top. The half, character mask is made from plastic and is held in place with elastic. It has slits for the eyes and mouth to provide easy seeing and breathing.
